Document assembly and storage I am hiring a developer to create only the beginning of an application. If this milestone is completed well, there will be more work immediately. The requirements are as follows: ACCOUNTS See the website will have a place to set up an account for each user each user's account shall contain three subdirectories. Directory One and directory Two shall have a method of uploading documents by the account holder in a PDF or similar format. (The company shall also be able to directly upload documents on behalf of the client if they are sent to the office by hard copy format.) Directory one - The subdirectory will be for six specific documents. (These documents shall be document assembled via a template) (Expansion shall be needed for fifty sets of the six documents in the future) Directory Two - The subdirectory will be for future expansion to upload Custom documents. (Documents created by the users) Directory Three - will be for archival purposes. The archival directory will be hidden in unavailable to the user and will be the repository for all deleted documents from the other two subdirectories and will automatically add the date of the archival to the end of the filename. Each account shall automatically expire every year on the anniversary date of its creation unless the renewal fee is paid. Documents Document Assembly There shall be six basic documents. Each shall be selected in a drop-down menu format the documents will then be assembled and printed for execution.
