Superhero Social Media Designer (based in Alexandria, Egypt)

We are looking for someone who can: - Provide various social media ad designs and ads that convert clicks into leads - Think AND execute quickly. Ability to take direction easily and run with it, providing a strong eye for detail in the social environment. - Think outside the box. Understands trends and strategic supporting data to help develop conceptual and creative ways to engage social audiences. - a team player. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger team in an ever-changing environment. - Thoughtful. You need true social strategy and craftsmanship to build the work that wins leads. - Clearly communicate. Working across locations requires open communication, flexibility and partnership. - Maintain the drive and passion for every project. This will require patience and organization in finding the right imagery and assets to perfect social creative. Qualifications: Strong portfolio Bachelor’s degree preferred One to three years of digital or social design experience Samples of beautiful work, featuring photography, social design and conceptual thinking Animation/GIF development experience necessary; video experience a plus Ability to manage several projects at once and meet client and project deadlines Ability to thrive in a changing, dynamic environment Positive attitude Experience in Sketch, Photoshop and Illustrator, etc. Has an understanding of advertising on multiple social media platforms
