tile mural idea

This is a tile mural that will be placed at a school, for a 5th grade class, in a hallway inside the school building.
this is going to be a visual representation of an idea for a rectangular tile mural
I don’t have the actual wall measurements, but each tile will be 4in x 4in
Each child and teacher will have their own tile with an outline of a hot air balloon to decorate, and what I am looking for is ideas on how this mural would look with each students tile painted. Each student is going to be painting their own hot air balloon, and the design would have to take that into account.
blue sky background with approximately 280 hot air balloons in the sky.
one hot air balloon per tile, blue sky background. each balloon will have a name on the basket and their dream written either on the side or underneath the balloon.
in the top right corner place the following quote:

the color of the font for the quote should be an orange/yellow similar to a sun color.
balloons that will have the names and dreams should all be the same size.
If possible please also provide an image of a single tile with an outline of the hot air balloon with the blue background and a name in the basket and a dream (i.e.: be a doctor) written on the side or bottom of the balloon.
The picture I attached is a rough idea of what I was trying to visualize.
