Travel Affiliate Website redesign

I need an existing website rebuilt. I need you to design and build it. I have recently bought a travel affiliate website! The general structure is how it should be and it is already incorporating Google ads and has some affiliate companies attached and is working how it should! I now need to redesign the website using my own brand name, pictures and also need help removing some aspects and adding some others such as a blog page! I am still very new to running a website and I believe it is currently is PHP and SQL and is ran through a hosting server! I am also wondering if it is possible for this all to be put onto WordPress to make it easier to edit and change myself! I require a native English speaker so I am able to talk over Skype if needed and I think this would suit someone quite new who's keen to prove their skills as a designer and is hoping to boast their freelancer profile as the money I can put into this project is limited at this time!
