URGENT - Design and Build an Illustrative Wordpress E-Commerce Website TODAY -- 2

OVERVIEW: Building a 5-10 page Wordpress e-commerce website for a juice cleanse company. Branding is tailored to 'work hard, play hard'; every-man/woman - not just to the typical fitness/health users (not clean white/green). As such, we want to create an edgy/empowering dark and vibrant look that separates it from the usual white/nature feel. (Think Beyonce/Rihanna styling). WHERE IT'S AT RIGHT NOW: We have installed Avada theme and the idea is to essentially style it to reflect this Dubstep theme for most of the home page: [login to view URL] (bold fonts, textures, vertical slider {after DUBSTEP letters}, the textures, use of hand-written style fonts {play hard etc}, the urban feel, the way X X animates into arrows etc) as we feel it has the right look. We have the rough concept drawn out, all the png bottles, images etc , we just need someone with talent to finish all the framework - it MUST BE TODAY/TOMORROW so that the fully complete site can be populated with text on Tuesday. TECHNICAL NEEDS: Responsive, Wordpress, WooCommerce (or similar), Paypal Business Integration and stock system. Live timer to get orders in by (as the juices from cleanses are delivered fresh, twice a week - show on home page), basic on-site SEO, effective home/landing page, sections about the types of cleanses, lots of 'high-end' touches (motion animations/parallax/hovers etc). Plenty of calls to action/buy (including header button top right to order now). Mega Menu (with image of cleanse and CTA order button inside on right of any menu) Mail Chimp int. and CTA section. Social Media icons etc (all standard business elements) and social stream (be it footer or wherever). Slider section on the home page with a testimonials screen-shot (from twitter/fb) slider that expands when hovered/clicked etc. + Counters of over 1000 testimonials Mutli-layer slider that can handle bg video (which we have for logo reveal). Pop over plugin (offers after 10 seconds etc/newsletter sign-up). Splash screen if mouse goes off page onto url bar (goes black and white text saying "Leaving so soon? What about...."etc etc) DEADLINE: As above - let down by 3 design teams who over-promise beyond their ability - this site is now very, very urgent. We need an individual or, preferably, a team who can do this (with Lorum Ipsum) in 2 days.
