Hi,
This project is for the design and creation of my SEO services web based business WWW.SEO-ROCKSTARS.COM. Below is a more detailed list of what this project involves and what you will be required to do to fulfil the project requirements:
(NOTE: Logo is already created and infographics, articles and videos will be given to you to upload).
Pages that are needed for this website are as follows:
1. Home page (Introduction video will be given to you to upload on this page).
2. 3 x category pages, titles are: “Free SEO Video Library”, “Link Blast“, “Monthly SEO Packages”. (Videos, text and images will be given to you to upload).
3. The “Free SEO Video Library” needs an opt-in page creating and installing to appear when visitors click on the “Free SEO Video Library” that forces the visitor to fill out the opt-in form before they can access the video library. (The opt-in form must have the following fields: Full Name, Email Address).
4. About Us Page (Text will be given to you).
5. Privacy Policy (Text will be given to you).
7. Contact Us Page (I need a business email account setting up by you and linking to my website in the form of a professional contact us page, I need my email address to be: support AT [login to view URL]
8. Blog. My website needs a blog creating and linking to it (This job should be calculated as inside your scope of works), this is so my site is always updated with fresh relevant content.
9. Auto-responders. I need auto-responders designing, creating and linking to my website for the following situations:
A. Contact Us Form – When a customer sends me a message through the contact us form I need an auto-responder sending out to my customer immediately, informing my customer that we have received their request and we will reply shortly.
B. Opt-In Page Form – When a customer opts-in to my mailing list an auto-responder should be sent to them instantly welcoming them to the website and making them feel special.
C. After A Product Or Service Is Purchased – When a customer purchases something from my site they need to be sent an auto-responder immediately confirming their order and thanking them for their purchase and reassuring them that they have made the right choice buying from us.
10. Payment Gateway Integration – Part of your scope of works will be to fully integrate the following payment methods into my website allowing customers to pay for their items:
A. PayPal
B. Credit Card/Debit Card Payment Gateway (maybe WorldPay, Nochex, 2Checkout, stripe or another service “I’m still deciding on who to use”).
11. Order Form – A total of 4 x order forms must be created (1 for the “Link Blast” service I offer, and 3 for the “Monthly SEO Packages” that I offer). “I offer 3 packages – Basic, Standard and Premium”. All order forms will be very similar, the only differences will be some slight variation in text only (I will tell you what text needs changing).
The fields needed for ALL order forms are as follows:
A. Customers FULL Name.
B. Customers Email Address.
C. Customers Website URL.
D. Keywords Customer Want To Rank For And Space Underneath Each Keyword For The Customer To Show Which Of Their URL’s They Want To Use To Rank For Each Keyword.
NOTE: FOR INSPIRATION ON WEBSITE LAYOUT PLEASE LOOK AT [login to view URL] AS I WOULD LIKE MY WEBSITE TO LOOK SIMILAR (NOT THE SAME) AS THEIR SITE. (HOWEVER I DO NOT LIKE THEIR HOMEPAGE, SO MAKE MY HOMEPAGE MORE INTERESTING).
MY WEBSITE MUST BE FULLY MOBILE FRIENDLY/OPTIMIZED.
I WANT MY WEBSITE COLOUR SCHEME TO BE LIGHT BLUE, HOT PINK, AND DARK GREY, WITH WHITE COLOUR IN MAIN TEXT AREAS. (I CAN SEND YOU EXACT COLOURS WHEN NEEDED).
LASTLY: MY WEBSITE MUST HAVE AN EASY TO USE CMS THAT I CAN EASILY OPERATE MYSELF WHEN NEEDED. ALSO MY WEBSITE NEEDS TO BE SEO FRIENDLY, SO AN WED DESIGNER WITH GOOD SEO KNOWLEDGE WILL GET PRIORITY FOR THIS WORK.
