Home : Small story of 40 years company, with 2 to 3 photos of the fleet, all black Mercedes E or S class cars and Vans and team presentation with little photo and functions of 7 guys.

Bespoke: Advisory service for organizing and suggest routes and sites to visit and to know covering Portugal area, Iberian Peninsula and Morocco and Sahara desert, or Western Europe. Depending on the size of group we can use Private Car or Private Van.

We should inquiry the potential costumer on travel data, and purposes and interests.

Ex: Beaches, surf, mountains, walk trails, wines and wineries or foods, riding horses or motor bikes, playing golf or tennis, bird watching, gardens or flowers etc.

The questionary must be answered to allow the company to send a specific program of stay scheduled and hotelerie.

Transfers:

There are only two types of transfers. Airport hotel and Hotel airport, depending on size of group with private car or private Van.

That’s the first product of the shop to sell online.

The client should book the transfer after filling a site registration and create a password, and sending details of arrival and or departure, flights, schedules, nº persons, age if under 12 years, hotel name and address.

The company will answer after checking availability with a confirmation voucher to be printed and presented at airport or at hotel. And only then will charge clients Credit Card.

TOURS:

Should be the aim of the site. And the main shop to visit and sell products.

The Company has between 20 and 30 tour programs to sell.

Every program includes a written description, some photos and a movie min. 30 sec. and máx 120 sec.

After registration and creating password to login, the client should be able to choose and book. Then waiting for company confirmation, only after receiving confirmation voucher money will be charged on is credit card.

There must be possibility of price promotions of any of the programs, By promo code or other means.

There must be a way to statistic the clients by intensity maybe through Name or Password, to highlight agents and resellers.

You must advise us on legal details that the site must feature, like general conditions, international laws on specific services connected with our offers. We are aware of Portuguese laws on this subject and we fulfill them.

We do not need a site from scratch, we accept a wordpress, magento or other type of your choice. Must be intuitive, friendly user, clean and work as well on PC as on mobile.

Must be done thinking on SEO, and for that purpose use the words and tags you should advise us to include and change the texts accordingly.

Must have a blog area to publish our news, reports and articles, and to connect it with a Facebook page.

Must provide a type of after service evaluation for quality and satisfaction of users, where the client classify the program with stars or scale.

Must be prepared to introduce logos and backlinks for connecting with partners that will be attracted to our programs, Hotels, restaurants, touristic sites, wineries…

The site texts will be supplied by us in English and Portuguese, but it would be interesting to have it also in other languages.
