Welcome animation for mobile game

1. Please read everything before bidding on the project. 2. Animation should be mp4 with H.264. Source files could be .png vector with layers sequence with transparent background if possible, or background indicated where applicable. We want to be able to extract hostess in vector format from the layers for use in other places. 3. You must send the source files as well as .mp4 video asset that can be used directly for the milestone to be be labelled complete. 4. All material generated including the source files will be exclusive copyrighted by us. 5. Budget increases will only be considered if there is change in the scope of work. Period. No exceptions. 6. This is an opportunity. If you are good, you will be working with us for a long time as we have a lot of animation work across our portfolio of mobile games.
