Custom HTML5/Javascript Video Player

I need 2 stylized video players that has custom controls and will fallback to my Flash Player. The players will reside in a C# application that will feed the parameters listed below. Player 1 needs to accept the live video url. The end of the stream needs a trigger event. The only controls need to be volume and full screen in the lower right hand corner. There will also be a live overlay image, that I can provide. Player 2 needs to accept the media url and bookmarks. It needs to have scrubbing forward disabled. Scrubbing backwards is fine for video with the boolean field set to false. If it is true, forward scrubbing needs to be completely disabled. Play/Pause, timeline, volume and full screen controls. Both need to be fully documented so that I can later modify if need be.
