Hi. Of course what you are asking is fully possible, but the solution strongly depends on your needs. What you showed in the attached picture is a very simple map drawing. From this arises the first question. Do you want it to be that simple or you want something similar to google maps with more details? Second what is your goal? What should the application do apart from showing coordinates? Should it work from browser or you want a standalone deskotop app?
