I'm most interested in the Flask and client-side coding, not the appearance of the page. I'd like this functionality 1. Present a web page 2. Server side uses Python & Flask 3. Browser Side HTML, CSS, JS using Canvas and Grid methods & JS SimpleImage protocol 4. A button on the page gives a file chooser for the user to pick an image from his local computer 5. Image uploads and displays in the page 6. User can enter text into a text box 7. User presses "process now" button 8. Image and text transferred server-side to Python environment 9. Image is processed. For example, all red pixels changed to blue 10. Processed image is returned to web page, displayed side-by-side with original, along with a message. 11. User can download processed image to local computer, either copy-paste or with file-chooser.

Hi. I'm a programmer from Russia with strong skills in Python. Here's my offer: I use Django and Flask frameworks to develop web applications. I work with full stack of technologies from back end to front end. The application will contain Flask WTF form, which will be tranformed into <form> with <input> tags on the client side. One of the inputs will be <input type="file">. When a user chooses "Process", the server side will read the requests parameters, such as file attached, and process them and return an answer to the client. Hello. Seems like it's a task for openCV! :) You said 'for example' red pixels changed to blue. I'm bit worrying about 'for example', cause prefer to have project scope declared well before we may proceed. :) What kind of processing you want there? Anyway, let's talk and do the business!

Hello, I can implement for you a functional Python (using Flask) webserver. The we interface will be one page where the user can upload an image, send it to the server. The server will use Python to do some image processing (apply some filter or change one of the image colors) and send back the image to the web page that will show the image next to the original one.
