Simple web-page for a prototype project required: 1. For charts read data from DB (Excel file OR connect to SQL-database) 2. Display a chart comparing two columns in database 3. Drop-downs in webpage to filter the data and charts 4. Tabular display of the data from DB 5. Table edit feature and write this edited data in DB upon clicking "Save" 6. Download table data in '.csv' file 6. Feature to multiple all values of a column in database by some factor (e.g. x2) 7. Also need user access management. Data view is restricted based on access given See file "Prototype Data - [login to view URL]" in documents for more information.

I already done this kind of work for my clients. With Html and vanilla java script itself i can finish it off within the time limit. As per mentioned requirements and chart shown in excel will be delivered on time as a perfect web page.
