I need a full team for hiring user from other platform Job description Key Responsibility • Develop recruiting plan and recruiting policy based on live target and strategy; Be responsible for a complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing and selection, candidate presentation, interview arrangement and offer management until the candidate on board successfully; Utilizing a variety of sources including direct sourcing, employee referrals, job fairs, internet recruitment, social networking and agencies; Buildup talent resource pool and continuously deep develop recruiting channel; Closely communicate with business department and provide recruiting related suggestion; Generating recruiting analysis report; Ad-hoc HR project; Requirements: Bachelor above degree and HR related major is a plus; At least two years working in in HR field, IT industry experience or Recruitment Agency experience is a plus; Native Spanish, Good command of both oral and written English; Familiar with all kind of recruiting channel, good interview and communication skill: Familiar with MS office, excel, PPT, outlook. Team player and open minded;
