Basic iPhone App Help Needed

I am trying to develop a very basic app for the iPhone that displays 9 PDF files. I have the 9 files, they are basically a 1 page instruction chart but in 9 different languages. I want to have people be able to open it, press the button for what language they want and it shows that PDF file. Thats pretty much it.
