A simple diary app for iPhone for demonstration purposes

This is meant to be a very simple and basic app, nothing fanciful is needed, only need the basic. I want this app to be a travel diary for travellers. It will show up as a table, where they can add new items. Adding new items brings them to the view where they can a) Use the date picker to pick a date b) Enter multiple lines of text - this will be the diary entry c) Add a photo from the photos gallery on the page d) Add a location for the entry The user will then also be able to view all the entries they have entered. Note, the location tagged for any entry should show up as a map view. Ideally core data should be used for storing the entries. That is basically all the app needs to be. Rest assured this app will never be commercialised, in fact it will never be uploaded onto the app store.
