Digital Paintings / Sketches for Film Pitch

I am looking to hire someone (a sketch artist, illustrator, digital animator, etc.) to create a series of digital paintings and drawings -- all digital images -- to be a demonstrative aid for marketing the sale of a film screenplay. The genre for the screenplay/film is near-future sci-fi. I have attached samples of the type of image / sketch / illustration / art I am thinking of .... though these are not what the actual images will look like. My budget is $700 flexible. I'm looking for a turnaround within a few weeks or so. Willing to pay part up front and another portion on a schedule of payments, with the remainder upon final delivery.
