Create & Manage B2B & B2C Marketing Strategy for Marketplace Website for Salons

I am looking for a freelancer who is familiar with setting up a B2B & B2C marketing (not interested in plan) but execution with results. We are looking for a person that had their own proven mechanisms to engage and bring both salons to register on my website and attract customers to book salon services through my website. This person will require minimum supervision to deliver. Contents are to be produced in three languages: English, French and German.
