Help me with Internet Marketing

Want Some one to hit Inbox for us Project Description We are a Peronal loan lead company that collects email addresses and contact information from our leads that we sell to a few companies. We want to market to these people via email. Every time we try to blast an email campaign we get a lot of them going to bulk folder. We need an expert that can help us blast to our lists w/out this issue. We have a few sites and different sources for the emails. Please bid on getting us set up. Also, we want to do this from our own server b/c we've looked in to it and we do not trust other companies w/ our email addresses as they can steal and sell or just straight use them for their own purposes. Please give us an example of a solution. There are approx 100,000 we want to mail to at a time. And no offense but we can not give any coder on RAC the list so the solution will have to be assumable by us once you show us how to do it. Knowledge of the email laws and knowledge of the way to format the emails to keep them in inboxes is a huge plus. Please tell us if you have this knowledge along w/ any other pluses to hiring you. Also please tell us how long it would take you to start on this and approx how long it would take to complete. I would also like you to bid on the project w/ a $ amount b/c it is a major factor in determining our coder. Thanks! VERY IMPORTANT - Please let me know if you have ever sent a successful blast to a very large email list... Thanks again... ADDITION I am starting from scratch. What I think I know is that I would need to send emails in small clusters with rotating IP's, domain mx records and dedicated servers. I would also need to know what the best mail servers are for this type of project along w/ the best script to use to actually send the emails and tracking software that tracks opens and removes people from the list if they hit remove me.
