Internet Marketing Campaign

I have started a new division in my business focused on the recycling of scrap electric cables and I am looking to build a strong internet marketing campaign that is extremely focused on customers I need to attract. I am looking for not just initial setup but an ongoing 6 month maintenance program. We can discuss the ongoing arrangement after the winning bidder has been chosen but I would be looking as a results based payment system in terms of the ongoing maintenance program. The Freelancer must be highly experienced in Internet Marketing and SEO. I am looking for a detailed and professional marketing plan which they will then implement and maintain over the course of 6 months. Just to be clear, my customers are the people I BUY from. It is the opposite of normal business but this is a critical point - I BUY from my customers. Here is a summary of what I am targeting: - Target Audience: electricians, demolition companies & general public looking to SELL scrap electric cable (I am a BUYER of scrap electric cable) - Product: solely focused on scrap electric cable (there are various terms used and I have a keyword list) - Target Area: within 20km/30mins drive of my factory - What do customers want: most important for all customers is best price but also they want fast service so they are in and out quickly - What information do they need: they need to know we have the highest prices and I would like to tell them the reason we have the best prices is because we are an end processor of the material - Major competitors: there are multiple other scrap companies in the area who also buy scrap cable, their advantage is that they also buy other products but they pay lower prices for cable as a result - What is the advertising trying to do: I am trying to get them into my factory of course but generally they will call my competitors and get pricing - I need to get them to call me because once they call I can give them exact pricing over the phone and convince them to come to our factory.
