Sales Rep Needed for finding hot leads in Social Media like Linkedin and Facebook

I am looking for Sales Reps to extract and qualify the leads by talking to them or calling them to get them qualified to so I can talk with them and close the deal with them. This is strictly B2B The deliverable is to have a hot lead that wants to discuss the type of consulting and apps they will be selling. There are 4 different type of products they will be selling from Sales and Marketing, Accounting, Recruiting and Hiring and Employee Development, and then Training and Learning Management services and Management and Change Management Consulting. The team I am looking to assemble is people that have knowledge in this area. I will pay for 4 hours of training and then I want leads to start to come in. Al of the training will be on video and I will tell you exactly what you need to know to sell the product and if they have more questions I want you to refer them to me and I will close them.
