SEO and lead generation.

Hello all, We are a startup company and we are currently looking for an SEO team who can work with us. We will pay on 'per project basis'. We are really pissed off because last time one of my partner posted a project from his freelancer account, he got extremely bogus people who initially claimed to be SEO experts. So beware, i am strict person. What you need to do: 1)SEO only: We did SEO for our website from a local person but we aren't that satisfied so i want a team who can provide SEO service and it will be long term basis. Show me some results, your bid will be ignored if you are not able to show results. Make it interesting..! 2)Lead generation: We are looking for a person who can generate leads for us, we are ready to give some percentage per leads. Tell me what will you do about this and please don't tell me about Adwords, PPC, bidding blah blah.. as i already know that and we are doing that too. Tell me something new apart from this which i don't know, tell me how will you do, more description needed. Lead generation background with SEO is a bonus. Keep in mind though we are a startup, we have a team in Singapore who will be doing some marketing too but we are looking for someone who can join us and work as a part of our team. Note: I am a website designer myself and my partner is developer so don't woo me telling about the technologies and stuffs.
