Custom ASP.NET VB image upload and library with simple re-size and cropping editor/tools

A VB.NET VISUAL STUDIO 2010 PROJECT (Full details and references in attached zip file) Introduction ================================================= We have our CMS which we are currently redevelop and enhancing its modules and plugins gradually using the new UI tools and platforms, Bootstrap, jQuery, Ajax and new forms plugins. We still using an outdated image uploader and thumbnail generator based on a VB.NET code where this tool could be launched from tinyMCE as server folder image library and uploader. We are trying to find a developer or more who can help manage some of our CMS classes and plugins aiming for a long term relation and will start with the Image-Resizer and Library. New requirements ================================================= Image Uploader: ------------------------------------- - Opens in a popup window, dialog or modal with overlay. - Uploads and saves original unloaded and or edited (cropped/resized) copy of the image in specific folder. - Generates different sizes for thumbnails and web use (full, large, medium, small and thumbnail). - Available ASP.NET quality options (PNG, JPG ... etc.) with support for transparent PNG resizing and thumbnails. - Save output to folders based on passed variables. (ex: articles under /media/news/sizes-structure and products under media/products/sizes-structure) - Images locations and IDs won’t be stored in any database. Image Crop --------------------------- An Image crop and re-size tool with different presets aspect ratios (multiple Portrait and landscape presets) with and without "Lock aspect ratio" option. It's acceptable to combine one of the jQuery cropping tools like "JCrop" Image uploader, crop tool and images library popup: ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- - A dialog or modal has the tool iFrame and contains the select image method (upload or select from image library under specific server folder) and leads to the cropping and resize tool. - Integration with “tinyMCE 4.x” editor (recommended) and/or “Ckeditor 4.x” instead or addition to built-in image plugin (important) - Call image uploader pop-up window (or modal) from rich text editor image icon, ASP.NET button, ASP.NET Hyperlink or file-Input (if possible). Note: Bids with similar portfolio or online demos is highly appropriated and would be very helpful for finishing that phase faster
