Convert PSD to Wordpress Theme

We are looking for a skilled Wordpress programmer who can work with a Photoshop PSD design (4 files) and convert this into a fully functional Wordpress theme.
We will give you 1 file for the blog homepage (landing page) and 1 file which will be the basis for the rest of the blog (regular posts, pages, archives etc.).
Design is VERY simply. A basic landing page as the homepage and the design for the posts / pages is even simpler.
You must be experienced in HTML, CSS, PHP and Javascript.
This is required:
W3C Valid XHTML 1.0 Strict Table-less CSS markup, SEO Semantic Coding and Load speed optimization and Mobile Device Compatibility. Safari 4+, FF 3.5+, Internet Explorer 7+, Opera 10+, Google Chrome Browser Compatibility.
Needs to be ready within 2 days!
