Change ‘search for properties’ to Property Search – also change colour from red to blue or black The drop down menu for Property search should contain 5 drop down links; Rentals Docklands, Rentals West-End, Sales Docklands, Sales West-End & French Rivier (short-cuts quick link). Once this link has been clicked it will show a full list of all relevant available properties – we may add a more advanced search facility at a later stage. (this has already been created/developed and both databases have been connected up. These pages will be provided and will be placed in any iframe) Replace the logos on the bottom left (NAEA) with the four logos I will email (ARLA, OEA OFT, NAEA) and move them to the left – they should be in black font. The bottom banner needs to be reduced and the address text cleaned up and made easier on the eye. The 3 addresses should be titled City & Docklands, Mayfair and French Riviera. The titles should also be made a link to go to a specific page about each office. The top banners should highlight in dark blue once the cursor points to it – not the cyan colour. The banners should be as follows on the home page – Rentals, Sales, French Riviera, About us, Contact Us When you enter Rentals the links should change to Home, Search, Landlords, Tenants, Wanted, Contact us, Short Cuts Sales: Home, Search, Buying, Selling, Wanted, Contact us, Short Cuts French Riviera: Home, Search, Buying, Selling, Contact us, Short Cuts About us: Home, Rentals, Sales, French Riviera, Recruitment, Contact us, Short Cuts Contact Us: Home, Rentals, Sales, French Riviera, About Us, Short Cuts Perhaps we might the photos at the top for each main page. i.e. when you go to about us there is a different picture and about us written on the right – so that people can immediately see were they are at.
