Greetings! I have read the project and actually I have thought of several ways of performing this task. Using Java/Selenium to automate the process could be a good choice as I think of it. Anyway the filtering is easy in any but I may as well do it in Java so you only have a standalone to worry about. Have a good day.

Hello! I'm sure your task can be done using Python. I can make a script (cloud-based, so your computer will not be envolved. you can propose your cloud-service provider, or I can do this for you.), that will log-in using Selenium and download the CSV file. Selenium can handle JavaScript-generated content, so your csv-link can be found easily. Then, again using Python, we can filter csv file as per your requirements and create new file with results.
