I have my own APIs which can be used for Q&A session on a webpage for a given product (let's say eCommerce catalog). One common idea is a installing a JavaScript with a button on a webpage that opens a chatbot for Q&A. However, with react and other technologies (I don't know even), I thought we can implement some kind of hovering popup/ script (which is not blocked by browser though). We can install on a webpage/website and website's product (assume eCommerce catalog) becomes interactive where hovering or clicking (in worst case) opens a Q&A session on the screen for buyer to ask Questions which are answered through my APIs. We will do this project in two phases 1) prototype 2) Implement my 10 APIs for 10 Q&A session for a given product.
