Sales Leads for Recruitment Agency

I need some help with finding some leads.
I need a person with impeccable communication skills to businsss develop for me in the UK.
What do I do? I own a niche Finance & Accountancy Recruitment Agency in the UK. Where I recruit CFO’s, Finance Directors, Financial Controllers (qualified accountants) including Sales in risk etc
I require someone who is used to speaking with C Suite clients and who is confident enough to get solid requirements of work from companies.
You will do the full 360 role. Source the company, lead and generate interest with that company for them to use the services I offer.

This IS NOT AN INTERNET RESEARCH JOB - this is a full Business Development role. You will need to have impeccable communication skills - as you will need to create relationships with the leads you generate - by speaking with them.
