I need a contract written under australian/ global law that hands me full copyright, intellectual property rights/ single ownership of any design work appointed by me and upon acceptance by a graphic artist/ designer to undertake such work. It would cover that I am the righful single owner of any work undertaken during the course of the agreement/ contractual employment. The contract is to specifically cover Logo Design, Brand Design, Slogan writting/ Design including all ideas and concepts provided by me and any of the work the freelancer would create and complete whilst working on the agreed project. Completion hands all rights to me. The contract would also cover non disclosure, confidentiality to any party outside of myself and the agreed contractor, no third parties etc. PLEASE INCLUDE THE NUMBER 21 AT THE BEGINNING OF YOUR RESPONSE.. which indicates to me that you have read the above brief, failure to include the number 21 means that you are scratched from consideration. I would envisage that respondants have already written this exact type of contract under common australian/ global law and already can offer a base template for the job, therefore you seriously need to consider your price submission. Please provide your credentials/ experience as an IP attorney or capacity to work with or for same.
