Hello, I want to start an IT Company in India. Am an Egyptian who is looking to establish an IT company in India. But I don't have enough information Therefor; I would like to find a good lawyer. As I know, India allows foreigners to own a 100% share for IT companies in India. But does it need my existence to be in India or I can do it from my place? Also if I want to make one Indian as a Co-owner and share a percentage of this company. I really need more clear and correct and simple lines. if you're not experienced, please do not bother each of our times. Thank you,
