Booking Application - With GPS Tracking

Booking form application with vehicle tracking. I need an app that can be used on any smart phone - the app is needed for booking a ticket for a airport shuttle bus service. The APP The application needs to add the FORM Number of Passengers (Drop down numbers 1 - 20) Person Name, - (will need form autofill) Telephone Number - (will need form autofill) Email Address - (will need form autofill) Pickup Date - ( calender drop down ) Pickup Address - (will need form autofill and google maps autocomplete) Flight Departure Time: - (hour and minute drop down - hr 24 hr - minute - 1 to 59 ) Pickup Zones - There are 5 pickup zones Zone 1 - Karratha Industrial Estate - Pickup is 1hr and 45 minutes prior to the flight departure time Zone 2 - Bulgarra - Pickup is 1hr and 35 minutes prior to the flight departure time Zone 3 – Pegs Creek/ Millars Well - Pickup is 1hr and 25 minutes prior to the flight departure time Zone 4 – Nickol / Nickol West - Pickup is 1hr and 15 minutes prior to the flight departure time Zone 5 – Baynton / Gap Ridge - Pickup is 1hr and 05 minutes prior to the flight departure time Arrival at the Airport is 45 minutes prior to the flight departure time. The booking system needs to use Paypal embeded for online payments. Once the passenger has booked the ticket and email needs to be sent to the passengers email address. GPS Tracking The app needs to be able to show the passenger the buses location and vibrate and beep once the bus is with in 1km of the pickup address. BACKEND In the website backend the passengers details need to be shown Number of Passengers Person Name Telephone Number Email Address Pickup Date Pickup Address Flight Departure Time Status: PAID The passengers can book the service up to 2hrs before the flight departure time. At 1hr and 55 minutes prior to the flight departure time all of the passengers addresses need to be put into navigation and have the shortest route. (using all pickup addresses) The bus driver will then be able to use google turn by turn navigation to do the run. Once the passenger has been picked up the bus driver needs to be able to log the status to show that the passenger has been picked up. The same booking form will also need to be used on the website for anyone wanting to book online.
