Add secured RTMP/HLS links to OpenPLi/Dreambox

We have experience with protect contents. We use secure link. The rtmp, hls link will encrypted by IP of user, expired... We have also a lot of experience with live streaming. Hi, 1) Considering the fact that your project is not marked as urgent and will remain open for 6 more days, I've set duration of delivery to 15 days. This will give enough time on both sides to do thorough testing and modification, if required. 2) I have 5+ yrs of experience in linux and scripting.
