Need to connect Windows Server 2016 to AD group on my other Windows Server 2016 I'm getting the error: The following error occurred when DNS was queried for the service location (SRV) resource record used to locate an Active Directory Domain Controller (AD DC) for domain Both servers are on AWS in the same subnet.

it seems simple but a common error what is the output of an ipconfig /all, is the server discoverable on the network (network profile), will a ping a tracerout to the domain controller be succesfull? I can definitely take a look and help you out Regards!
