Dear Sir, dear Madam, my name is Wolfgang Backhaus, I am an experienced system engineer and software developer from Germany, working in the telecommunications industry (mobile networks) since more than 15 years. During this time I was deployed as a system administrator in the OSS (Operating Support Systems) area of the mobile network and particularly reponsible for the surveillance and functioning of performance data interfaces and the associated infrastructure, the proper transfer of the network's data to the central database server and the upload into the database.
