ubuntu 20.04 screen blinking, only when booted as Ubuntu ? It works on Windows and does not blink as it is dual boot so I will not believe this is hardware Laptop less than 2 months since purchased new i7 with 16gb memory any ideas, please help me fix and I will pay! Please note there is hope we can mutually complete this task; we can leave each other nice comments and 5 stars for each? Been out of work; hope you can give me your best price for this small job, is $12 ok? if not how is the best price ? Please note project is due in two hours as this projects deadline, as this is needed asap from the time we start.

Well certainly Ubuntu got something unwanted in its drivers for your VGA then. Possibly try checking and replacing drivers.
