Upgrade Redmine server/container

We are currently using redmine 3.2.1 and would like to move up to the new version 4.0. We are looking for someone to help us migrate this for us as we have too much other stuff to work on (there is not much data as we just started using it). There are scripts in other containers such as Gerrit for code review and data store, and a loadbuild server. (redmine is in its own container). We use LXD for container management. Looking for someone who can help us do this migration and add plugins as needed.
