Ongoing Wordpress websites - inc. design, banners, building, etc.

I need a person or a team of people who can do the following on an ongoing basis: * DESIGN ... I NEED A DESIGNER who can crank out clean, professional websites highlighting PEOPLE. * Design, create and build clean, professional Wordpress websites * Design nice, clean banners for use on Wordpress websites * Decent Photoshop skills * Wordpress website maintenance, backup, updates, etc. Bonus skills: * Optimizing Wordpress websites I will be providing websites for a market niche. Basically they will be sites for individual people and/ or their products. I will be selling the sites, and creating much of the content and navigation. I will be offering three packages priced low/ med/ high, and want to create a system for building these sites quickly and efficiently. Once I find the right person or people, there will be ongoing work for them. I am currently using WooThemes Canvas theme, but I'm open to others.
