3 D designer for an event (award delivery) of a famous company. The attendances number is approximately 300-400 person. A creative design is requested in the light of the following specifications: 1- Outside Entrance: using the Logo. Quantity:1 2- Welcome Area: a. Registration / welcome desks with barcode reader (or any new idea) and designed lighted desks with the Logo. Quantity: 2 b. Partition (ideas needed): designed lighted partition between the male & female entrance (might be cancelled, and find a way to do the partition inside the ballroom) c. Stand tables: tables for the guests to stand around. Quantity: 10 3- Event Area: a. 18*5m Stage platform with stairs (stairs both side / including a slope for the Special Needs). Quantity:1 b. Podiums: Quantity:2 c. LED Screens: one main screen centre stage and two on the sides or any new ideas. Quantity:3 d. Round Tables: 7 persons per table. Quantity: 40-43 e. Partition: designed lighted partition between the male & female seating area. f. Chairs: 7/8 at each table. Quantity: 280-300 g. Creative Centrepieces: design centrepiece for each table (using the Logo). Quantity: 40-48 h. Ambient lighting with light show: using the logo colors. Quantity: 1 The design’s Branding should match with the event logo that will be sent while starting the task. Open source of the design should be sent before 25 Sep, 2018.
