Magento 2.3 reward system extension customization.

We need a custom developed reward system for magento 2.3. We have one extention for Magento 2.2.6 which covers a large number of our needs and we need a developer to make the final customizations and migrate the extension to magento 2.3. Our needs are: 1) We need to add this functionality on products: a. Selection inside product in order to select if the product can be buyed by Rewards Points? Yes/No b. If YES then admin will set the Reward Points he wants for this product c. A product can be sold with price and/or Reward Points (if both then on product page 2 buttons must be shown, Add to Cart and Buy with Points) 2) We need to set the Points Rewarded for buying the product inside a product (for example if BLUE BAG is added inside cart give user 100 Points) Then: 1. The reward point should be available when the products are added in the shopping cart. The user can use the points rewarded for the products of the current order for the checkout. 2. Check how many points the customer has and if these are enough for purchasing product-gift 3. If the points aren't enough we must disable the button Buy with Points so user cannot add this product to cart. 4. If user has enough points, we create order. 3) Also: 1. If the customer removes a regular product from the cart the system must automatically remove points from him. 2. If the order is cancelled by the admin then the points must be removed from the user. 3. Point history on user's account. 4. If a user had enough points and added a product (purchasable with points) on cart and then he removes a product (purchasable with money) and then his points become insuficient it must automaticaly remove the product purchasable by points. 5. If a product is sold with price and points we have 2 scenario: a) Added to cart by points then no points are credited to user b) Added with money then points are rewarded to user Most of the above points are covered already on our extension, but we are facing some issues: 1. We need to assign points that the user earns in each product. (now the product does not have earning points field). We will not use points per category. We need to assign in each product specifed points. Currently the system works correctly for reward points with a rule but not for products that have a fixxed amount of points inside their setup. 2. We need a product to be added both with points and with money on cart. We want to track product quantities from magento so it is important for this feature to be developed. We need the ability of adding a product using both ways ('add to cart' or 'buy with points'). Currently, when a product has both buying methods, If a customer adds it to the cart using both methods, he is getting it for free.
