UPGRADE My magento Store Version to latest stable version

Hi, I need to UPGRADE my Site - to latest magento version - currently it is in Magento Version 1.5.0.1 - I do not need any Downtime , please upgrade the site on a test server First - we BOTH check for consistency and error-free operation - then you make a final move to my server. Couple of important points that might help you to better understand my site and my requirement. 1. You need to ask me through PMB for my site name. 2. The current theme is DEFAULT 3. 3rd party extensions that i use currently (and these are relatively Very simple) - 2CO as payment option, Testimonials(by HELLO), Ahead BLOG free version, Enhanced Product Grid (Free by WDCA), Easy tabs and Easy Lightbox (Free by TEMPLATES Master), HOME TABS PRO (Paid version by AHEAD), Facebook Like Button ( Paid by RETAIL EVOLVED) . 4. You need to change the look and feel of the footer section - i do not like the way it is at present, i need better organized. 5. I have enabled SSL 6. I need Currency Selection in the Header Section 7. I also need Contact us link in the Header section. Now give me a Quote to UPGRADE the site so that the upgraded site is SIMILAR in LOOKS to the existing looks ------------------------------------------- AND also give me a price in PMB for changes in site like: 1.
