I have begun a new business in Adelaide. It is Mentoring for Teachers. I am getting much interest but I am not confident with sales and turning a meeting into contract signing!
I need someone who has experience with marketing and sales, and has a knack for closing the deal. I have the resources and sales material, but am open to ideas and assistance for growing my business.
This would be a commission-only based job to begin with, with incentives to achieve higher sales and hopefully a more permanent position as sales grow.
An average sale in Adelaide would be $4000 per year, and I am looking to pay approx. 20% commission per sale (can be negotiated). This job does allow for multiple sales per site (school), which means one meeting could turn into 5 or 6 sales, hopefully more!
