Cold Caller Wanted to Grow Catering Business (100% Commissioned) - Easy Sale!

Our catering company has been in business for over 14 years, and is well established in the Philadelphia and suburban market and we cater to roughly 25 companies every day of the week. To gain new business we call on companies throughout the area and simply qualify them to see if they normally order or receive catered breakfast/lunch/dinner orders for their office. If they do order catering for at least 20 people per average month, we consider them "qualified" (assuming they are not already a customer of ours). We then offer them a free sampled catering meal for 10 people! There is no presentation or strings attached for these leads, just an opportunity to try our food in hopes of impressing them to the point of adding our company to their catering rotation. It's typically a very quick call AND easy sell. History has proven a success rate of about 1 sampling acquired every 45-60 minutes of calling on average depending on skills and efficiency. This method has worked very well for us over the years in growing our business. Therefore, we are now looking to hire a 3rd freelancer that is willing to also work on a commission basis. We will provide the calling lists (purchased from [login to view URL]), and will pay a set commission for every sampling that is arranged with a qualified company. We are not interested in paying an hourly wage, but otherwise feel an incentive is more fitting for this agreement. We will pay $20 per sampling that is arranged, paid the week following the date it was received! We want to arrange up to one sampling to be delivered from our company every day of the week (Monday-Friday), from each of our two branch locations (Philadelphia and West Chester, PA). Therefore, considering there are about 20 week days per month, that equates to 40 potential samplings per month as our cap. The number of hours you choose to work is entirely up to you, we just want to see a steady stream of incoming samplings. But our maximum would pay $600 per month for 40 total samplings, but how much you choose to work is entirely up to you - no pressure will be applied from us whatsoever. Once these terms have been agreed to, we will train you on how to answer typical questions, will offer tips on how to arrange the samplings, etc.
