About us: this business, unlike our traditional business is all about making a profit. You need to prove your ROI, be part of our team, and we need to see "sales" from it. I am a USA Today Bestselling author and Publisher Weekly recently reviewed my last novel. We are currently a traditional publisher and are trying a new hybrid model arm of the business that involves ghostwriting. [login to view URL] We're looking for a marketing consultant to advise and execute our marketing strategy. We need successful digital marketing, brand/voice development, market and customer research. We expect results that are quantifiable and that eventually (in the near future) garner "sales." We will be able to see if the marketer is successful by their work but ALSO by the number of submissions we receive for ghostwriting, etc. We wish to move quickly. We are looking to do this on a fairly limited budget. This project requires the following: - Experience working in corporate marketing or ad agency AND experience working with similar clients - Additional Requirements include traditional hybrid OR ghostwriting company publishing industry knowledge AND helping a start up venture. If this doesn't apply to you must A. have relevant experience in another industry AND B. you must convincingly show why you could do this job - what you would do. To submit a proposal, please share a summary of your experience for a prior client, including examples of previous marketing strategies developed or executed.

I have a Background of 16 Years in the US as an Account Executive, Account Management, and SDR roles and in Northern and Southern California and I now work Remotely and most recently I was an SDR for Upwork Direct where I was at 137 percent of Quota in calling to book appointments with C Level Decision Markets in the B2B Enterprise Marketspace. As a primarily Hunter Prospector Mentality I manage from the initial Call to Close and also familiar with several CRMs including Salesforce, Hubspot, Dice, and Pipedrive.
