I have throughout my time as a university student documented all my notes in various physics and mathematics courses with latex and can provide references of those notes if requested. I tend not to spend much time on 'fancying up' the content more than neccessary in my own notes, rather concentrating on a clear structure and readability, but I am willing to accommodate any specific style of presentation.
An example of the desired style would be helpful, but considering the flexibility of tex documents changes to the design can easily be made after the content is written up.
Excerpts of the handwritten notes (such as handdrawn plots or illustrations) can be integrated if required. The finished project will consist of a .tex file for use with lyx, .png files for any included images, and, if need be, a precompiled .pdf document. All files will be compressed into a single .zip archive for ease of transfer, either by email or, if the entire file turns out too big for that, a file hosting site like dropbox. Any of these details can be altered on request; they merely reflect my usual practice on these projects.
I am free to work on this project about 8 hours a day, and would estimate that completing the content entry will take about 45 minutes per hour of notes (speaking from experience; that time could vary depending on how extensive the notes are).
