We have some office administration forms designed in Microsoft Excel. I need someone to program using Excel so that the document is protected and turns out like a form, whereby the blank values can only be keyed in and the original headers, design and other wordings are fixed.

Dear whom it may concern, I have a good amount of experience using excel in a professional environment and I can definitely do this for you. I had to make a vbs at my last job that opened two excel sheets and took information from one sheet and used it to print out labels in another. I am a pure math and economics major at FSU. I am not a robot and I could have this done for you by the morning.
