Hello, I am new to freelancer, but I am used to create application you need. From your description, your project will need to: 1. provide options (5 in your description) to user to choose. 2. After the user choose, the current vote result will be displayed in a bar graph. 3. You need the options/parameters to be manageable. This is what i will do: 1. create database and web utility that you can use to manage the options and to view (and manage too) the result of the voting. 2. Create an Android apps that will fetch the options value from the database and display it to user, and will submit to the database. Based on your requirement I have some question and suggestions that may be help you: 1. How many dropdown list that you need to show in one app? It's no problem for me if ypu have multiple dropdownlist. 2. Is there any restriction for the user to select the options? You can implement several user restrictions, such as single device per vote, single facebook acc per vote, single email per vote, etc. And you can also implement time restriction, such as: a user can only vote once a day. i have worked on droid drow graph api and have experinec of making graph in android . have experince on Android Layout as well
