Mobile Application ~ American Roulette

One of our client Is looking for Roulette Mobile Application: ~ Windows Mobile ~ Android ~ iPhone Also he needs this application to be run on PC/Laptop. Main end User Functionality: ~ We need Roulette game in which player can play /place bids/Win-Loss his points all he needs Net enables on his device. ~ Method of roulette application will be based on “American Roulette” ~ As of now He will not be able to buy points using e-commerce ~ 1$ will be equivalent to 1Point ~ He can place as many as bid points on any round of wheel, subject to balance available to his account. Agent Model functionality: An agent will be the person who will operate from any particular area assigned to him by main operator (admin) He can make new users, add points, delete points, transfer points etc. Agent commission Module: An agent will get commission based on his users profit/Loss performance. (I will describe this plan in details once project is awarded to any freelancer) Admin: Admin will be able to see everything running on system. He will be able to create New Agent, Add-Delete points/Commission calculations/reporting etc. Cycle Log: For every single activity system should capture a LOG, this can be used for future possible disputes or records. Accounting Module: in this module Agent should able to see his points summery and commission occurred for any particular duration or so. System Cycle Criteria: System require to declare results based on certain criteria, we will discuss later on this point. Other functionality: API based SMS generation, Popup messages, timeout session, download application from GooglePlay etc… Everything will be discussed once project is awarded.
