i need an expert ( better with a team) to help us develop an internal use Mobile Application for better management. background: Application Requested is based on three module: 1) WeChat Like communication function for person to person communication 2) Project and Task Creation and "Project Templates" can be built in Web Interface 3) Communicate with internal system(ERP/PLM/MES/Personal Database/Microsoft AD) to retrieve/Modify Data in it. Specification: 1) Database Skill needed: a) MS SQL b)MySQL 2) Server/Web Side Language needed: a) PHP b)HTML+CSS 3) Mobile Application Language needed: a) Adobe AIR b) Starling and FeatherUI Interested Parties should notice: 1) this project will require long development time as it will include lot of testing and acceptance test. 2) this project will carry out multiple function in same time so a team of developer will preferred to ensure manpower can meet time requirement. 3) whole process will include a lots of alternation, so you should keep in mind that it will take you lots of time. 4) this is a continue develop project which need a team to follow for a long terms of time(1-2 year), you can treat this as a 1st development milestone and once finish properly, we will carry on to 2nd stage If Any Parties Interested, Please Provide item below or we cannot consider you application: 1) AIR Application you have created(better with Starling and FeatherUI) 2) How much manpower can you provide for this project 3) a detailed plans (or questions) related to this project
