iphone app for my site

Ive got a website and i would like to have a free iphone app for it. I want this to include:

-the website logo and colour theme

- Weekly Poll

- News Mix

- Live Radio (this is through shoutcast)

- TV Channel (suggestion on this one is needed; i want to play my own content so more like a on demand thingy)

- Vbulletin Forum (already have the full version; can buy the latest one if i have to)

- banner at the bottom (for people to advertise)

- Concerts & Events (more like a calender and people can email me thier events).

I am not sure about the price but i want it to be available to anyone that wants to download it through apple store and i would like to know how i can always update it and if needs to be updated each time iphone releases new updates or version upgrades.

anything else that i need to know about including costs and how easy / hard it will be to keep it up-to-date
