App integrated with instagram - Arabic & English

I want to create an eCommerce website related in a way to instagram. Key Points : - user login integrated with the same instagram login - user have the ability to buy or sell an item - seller can place a photo with a price tag + delivery charge - allow the app owner to deduct a small fee from the sellers via the apple credit / itunes credit when listing a new item. ( if this is not possibly please suggest other options ) - allow buyer to send their location when they want to deliver, or have the option to send their location by submitting the details - create a data base for delivery agents to list them self inside the app with the ability to chose the category of items they deliver or to which locations within the country they deliver. ( this data base should list should have a rating system - buyers and sellers can rate based on the selling item ) - buyer can rate after they receive the item. ( rate the seller & delivery agent ) - Seller can rate after they receive the money ( Rate the buyer & Delivery agent ) - Category & sub category system for item listing - Category & sub category system for sellers ( the ability to search for a seller by their category )
