I can do it by using PhoneGAP (HTML5-CSS-JQueryMobile) . In this fashion the App can easily reexported to every platform including Android & Windows Phone.

other than the device OS, what kind of platform do you think that you will be using for the site that this will need to be linked to. it is also likely that it would be required to have the scripted to the site before it is able to be linked to the log in of any kind with minor tweaking to the site to make it connect better. unless you want it to be more of a URL linked base type of log in, in that case it is necessary to know if this is a multi browser system (aka it goes to the URL in any browser) or if it a local system that it will not be liked to a browser (like the Facebook app) in which case the code script is still good to have to be able to connect properly.

There are different graphics requirements for different platforms, size and resolution, etc. As for now, I don't care how you produce these graphics, either illustrator or photoshop. as long as you can produce different PNG files with different sizes and resolutions required. Also there should be backend database storing user login information. Please reply for further discussion if you are interested.
